Responsible AI & Expert Data Policy.

Experts join the network voluntarily and are told, before they contribute, what kind of work they are being asked to do, how their contributions will be used, and what is expected of them. Participation is never conditioned on accepting terms that have not been disclosed.

• Experts are informed that their contributions may be used to evaluate, test, train, or improve AI systems operated by client organizations.
• Experts keep the right to ask questions, to decline a task or project, and to receive a clear answer about how their work is used.
• Acceptance of this policy is recorded with its version and date, and a revised version requires a fresh acknowledgement.

Expert personal information is treated as confidential. It is visible only to authorized Linco staff performing a defined function, and is never published or sold.

• Project materials, client information, and task content are confidential and must not be shared, republished, or reused outside the engagement.
• Experts must not disclose the identity of a client or the content of project work without written authorization.
• Personal contact details, identity documents, and payment information are restricted to the staff roles that require them.

Real patient data must never be entered into this platform. Linco supports medical-AI work, not patient care. Experts must not upload, paste, describe, or transmit patient records, images, identifiers, or any protected health information.

• Where a client engagement lawfully requires regulated health data, it is handled only under a specific written authorization, an appropriate legal basis, and the client's compliant environment — never through general platform uploads.
• Any patient information found on the platform is removed, and the incident is reviewed under the escalation process below.
• Clinical examples used in training, assessment, and project work are synthetic or de-identified.

Every expert is verified as a real, qualified individual before being considered for project participation. Verification is performed by Linco staff and is a condition of network membership.

• Identity, medical qualification, and professional standing are checked against documents supplied by the expert.
• Misrepresentation of identity, qualification, licensure, or experience results in removal from the network.
• Experts must keep their credential information accurate and notify Linco of material changes.

Linco uses AI assistance internally to summarize records and surface things for attention. AI never makes a decision about a person.

• Verification, qualification, assessment outcomes, and project decisions are made by named Linco staff.
• AI-assisted output is advisory, is labelled as such internally, and is recorded alongside the human decision that followed it.
• Where an assessment response is ambiguous, it is held for human review rather than being resolved automatically.
• Automated signals are never treated as proof of misconduct; a person reviews the context before any conclusion is drawn.

Experts are evaluated on professional qualification, demonstrated capability, and the requirements of the work — nothing else.

• Linco does not discriminate on the basis of nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• The same standards, instructions, and review process apply to every expert working on a given project.
• Compensation terms for a project are communicated before the work begins, and agreed work that has been delivered and accepted is paid.
• Experts may raise a concern about treatment or a decision, and it will be reviewed by a person not involved in the original decision.

Linco collects only the information needed to verify experts, operate the network, and deliver client work.

• Credential documents are held in private storage and are not publicly reachable; staff access produces a short-lived, logged link.
• Database access is restricted at the row level so each expert reaches only their own record.
• Information is retained only as long as needed for legitimate business, contractual, tax, and legal purposes, then deleted or anonymized.

Information is used for the purpose it was collected for and nothing else.

• Expert profile and credential data is used for verification, project matching, and delivery oversight.
• Expert contributions are used for the client purpose disclosed for that engagement.
• Linco does not sell personal information and does not repurpose expert data for unrelated commercial use.

Work delivered through Linco is attributable to verified human experts, and the record of how it was produced is preserved.

• Contributions are linked to a verified expert record, with timestamps and revision history where applicable.
• Staff decisions — status changes, credential outcomes, document access, accepted AI suggestions — are written to an audit trail that cannot be edited or deleted.
• Clients can be given assurance about the human provenance of delivered work without receiving experts' personal information.

Expert judgement on medical-AI work carries real safety weight, and is held to a professional standard.

• Experts apply current, evidence-based clinical reasoning and stay within their area of competence.
• Unsafe, misleading, or clinically dangerous model behaviour must be flagged, not silently accepted.
• Contributions must be the expert's own work. Generating answers with an AI tool where the task requires independent human judgement is a breach of this policy.
• Delivered work is subject to Linco quality oversight before it reaches a client.

Experts and staff must report problems promptly rather than resolving them informally.

• Report immediately: exposure of patient or personal data, a suspected account compromise, a confidentiality breach, or a safety concern about a model or a task.
• Reports go to Linco through the platform messaging channel or the contact page and are acknowledged and triaged by staff.
• Serious incidents are escalated to Linco leadership, recorded, and notified to the affected client or authority where required by law or contract.
• Good-faith reporting is protected; no expert is penalised for raising a concern.

Client engagements may add requirements on top of this policy, and those requirements are communicated before work begins.

• Additional confidentiality, security, residency, or compliance terms may apply to a specific project.
• Service providers used by Linco — hosting, storage, authentication, email, payment — act under contract and on Linco's instructions.
• Where client and Linco requirements differ, the stricter protection applies.

Participation is voluntary and can be ended.

• An expert may decline a task, step back from a project by agreement, or close their account at any time.
• Consent to optional processing may be withdrawn, and the account and profile data will be deleted or anonymized on request.
• Contributions already delivered, accepted, and integrated into a client deliverable may not be retractable, and records required for legal, tax, audit, or contractual reasons are retained. This is explained before work begins.

AI output is a draft for a qualified human to judge — never an authority in itself.

• Nothing produced through Linco work is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for clinical judgement or patient care.
• Model output must be reviewed by a qualified person before it is relied on, and clinically unsafe output must be flagged.
• Linco does not support the use of expert contributions to build systems intended to deceive patients, evade regulation, or replace required clinical oversight.
• Experts must not present AI-generated text as their own independent expert judgement.

This policy is owned by Linco Medical System LLC and reviewed as the platform and our client work develop. Each version carries the date shown at the top of this page. When a revision materially changes expert obligations or rights, experts are asked to review and accept the new version inside their dashboard, and acceptance is recorded with the version and date.
