These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Linco Medical System LLC ("Linco", "we", "us"), a company organized in the United States. By accessing this website, creating an account, or using the expert platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the website or platform.

Linco is a managed expert-services company. We connect organizations with qualified medical professionals for work such as medical AI evaluation, clinical reasoning assessment, safety testing, expert data creation, medical content, and multilingual evaluation.

Linco does not provide medical care, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Work performed through Linco is professional evaluation and data work. It is not the practice of medicine in any jurisdiction and does not create a physician–patient relationship.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Expert accounts are intended for qualified medical professionals who provide accurate information about their credentials, training, experience, and identity.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must notify us promptly of unauthorized account use.
• One person, one account. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

Linco operates a structured qualification and review process. Participation, project placement, assignment volume, continued participation, and compensation are not guaranteed at any stage.

Linco may accept, decline, pause, or end participation at its discretion, including where information cannot be verified, where conduct falls below professional standards, or where project requirements change.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, fabricated, or plagiarized information, credentials, or work product.
• Submit real patient information, protected health information, or any identifiable clinical record.
• Use automated tools or generative AI to produce work represented as your own expert judgment, unless a project expressly permits it.
• Allow another person to complete assessments or project work on your behalf.
• Disclose confidential project material, client identities, assessment content, or platform materials.
• Attempt to access, probe, disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform or its security controls.
• Use the platform for any unlawful, infringing, discriminatory, or harmful purpose.

Experts participating through Linco do so as independent professionals, not as employees, partners, or agents of Linco or of Linco's clients, unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Nothing on this website creates an employment relationship or an offer of employment.

Where engagement is offered, the specific scope, deliverables, standards, confidentiality obligations, tax documentation, and compensation terms are set out in a separate written agreement.

The website, platform, brand, content, assessment materials, and underlying systems are owned by Linco or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. No license is granted other than the limited right to use the website and platform as intended.

Work product created in connection with a Linco engagement is governed by the applicable engagement agreement, which typically assigns rights in deliverables to Linco or its client. You retain your own pre-existing materials.

Project briefs, evaluation rubrics, assessment content, client information, and non-public platform materials are confidential. You may not disclose, publish, or reuse them outside the engagement, during or after participation.

Enquiries submitted through this website do not create a contract, reservation of capacity, or commitment to deliver. Expert availability, specialty coverage, timelines, and capacity are assessed for each project.

Engagement pricing is project-specific and depends on expertise, complexity, volume, duration, and delivery requirements. Commercial terms take effect only through a signed agreement and applicable statement of work.

The platform relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, storage, communications, and payment processing. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms. Linco is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

The website and platform are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Linco does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Informational content on this site is general in nature and is not legal, tax, regulatory, or medical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linco is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or opportunity, arising from use of the website or platform.

Linco's aggregate liability relating to your use of the website or platform is limited to the amount, if any, paid by or to you under the relevant relationship in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linco and its officers, employees, and contractors against claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, including for suspected fraud, misrepresentation, safety concerns, security risk, or breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature survive termination continue to apply.

We may update these Terms as the platform and our services develop. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Linco Medical System LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction unless a signed agreement provides otherwise.
